General & Scheduling

  • Yes! Consultations are completely free with no strings attached. We want you to be educated and comfortable about your treatments. We ask for a $25 reservation fee when booking, which is applied to your treatment and refunded if you choose not to proceed after consultation.

  • Yes! Same-day treatments can be arranged. Request this option when scheduling your consultation. A booking fee might be required since we need to block out extra time.

  • Texting typically gets you the quickest response at (573) 489-7077. We're available from about 8 AM to 7 PM and do our best to respond within 24 business hours.

  • We charge a $25 fee for no-shows without 24-hour notice ($50 for Saturday no-shows). If we need to cancel or reschedule you without 24-hour notice, you'll receive $25 off your next appointment.

  • Text us as soon as you know you need to reschedule - this helps you avoid late cancellation fees. We'll message or call you back to find a new time as soon as possible.

Botox & Injectable Treatments

Who administers Botox treatments? All Botox treatments are administered under the direction of Dr. Crowder, our double board-certified physician, ensuring safe and professional care.

How long do Botox results last? Botox typically lasts 3-4 months. Results may vary based on individual factors, treatment area, and muscle activity.

When will I see results from Botox? You may start to see results within a few days, with full effects typically visible within 1-2 weeks after treatment.

Does Botox hurt? Most clients find Botox injections very tolerable. We use fine needles and can apply topical numbing if needed. Many describe it as a quick pinch.

What should I expect after Botox treatment? You can return to normal activities immediately. We recommend avoiding lying down for 4 hours and avoiding strenuous exercise for 24 hours. Minor bruising or swelling may occur but typically resolves quickly.

Will Botox look natural? Absolutely! Dr. Crowder focuses on natural-looking results that enhance your features while maintaining your unique expressions. The goal is for you to look refreshed, not frozen.

Can men get Botox? Yes! Botox treatments are effective for everyone regardless of gender. We provide personalized treatment plans for all clients.

Laser Hair Removal

Am I a good candidate for laser hair removal?

The best candidates have darker hair and lighter skin, but our advanced technology works on all skin types. We'll analyze your skin and hair type during your free consultation.

How many treatments will I need?

Most people require 6-10 treatments to achieve desired results, depending on hair and skin type and the area being treated.

How often do I need treatments?

Most clients come every 4-6 weeks to optimize treatment with the hair growth cycle.

Is laser hair removal permanent?

The FDA considers laser hair removal "permanent hair reduction." While some fine hairs may remain and occasional touch-ups might be needed, most clients achieve long-lasting hair-free results.

Does laser hair removal hurt?

Most people tolerate it well. Pain levels depend on the treatment area and hair density. Many describe it as a rubber band snap. Our lasers have cooling mechanisms to minimize discomfort.

Tattoo Removal

How does laser tattoo removal work?

Our Picoway laser breaks down tattoo ink particles into smaller pieces that your body can naturally eliminate through your liver and kidneys.

How often can I have treatments?

Treatments are scheduled every 12 weeks to allow your body time to clear the broken-down ink particles.

How many treatments will I need?

Most tattoos require 6-12 treatments minimum, but this varies based on factors like tattoo size, color, age, location, and your individual biology.

What colors can be removed?

Dark inks like black and dark blue are easiest to remove. Colors can also be treated, though some may take more sessions. Our Picoway technology can treat all ink colors and skin types.
